Features may be added, revised, or discontinued without notice as the product is tested and refined.

Crossborder Docs is provided on an as-is basis for general document workflow assistance. It does not guarantee carrier acceptance, customs acceptance, or fitness for a specific shipment, country, or regulatory scenario.

The tool can help you prepare a cleaner draft, but it does not shift responsibility for the shipment to the Crossborder Docs operator. You are still responsible for confirming that the document matches the goods, the transaction, and any carrier or destination expectations before it is used.
